1. Never say you lost count… cos we will make you start again.
2. Never say, “this is easy” or we will just make it harder and more painful.
3.Never argue as we will win and then just punish you with more exercise.
4.Never complain about how late we are running behind, as we will just make you wait longer the next time.
5. Never scream or yelp as it just encourages us more.
6.Never hold your breath until you pass out…. it just does not impress us, the paper work is terrible.
7.Never pretend you have done your exercise when quite clearly you have not…you can not even tell us what they were!
8.Never tell us lies about how much you drink, smoke or eat as we know the truth… we take what you say and multiple it by 4.
9.Never say you “enjoyed that” as next time you will not.
10.Never think we are impressed with how much you can bench press…. nothing impresses us!
