Some great advice for anyone who has patients with reactive tendiopathy of the hamstring origin… To off load the ischium, get some memory foam and mark where the ischium are and then cut two little hollows out so the origins and hamstrings are not compressed against the hard surface of the chair. Controlling the compression can improve pain significantly. This can work especially well in the car where most people with this sort of pain get trouble. Quick tip, great pain relief!
